Privacy

Samepad is a capture layer for your Samepad account. A floating panel can appear on the page you are viewing so you can search and write captures. Ideas you save from that panel, the popup, selected text, or context-menu page captures are sent to the Samepad server (by default samepad.app) using the API key you paste.

• We store your API key on this device only.
• Page capture (Markdown or link & summary) only runs when you choose that context-menu action. We do not monitor browsing otherwise.
• We do not sell data or run analytics in the extension.
• Remove the key from the popup to forget it on this browser.
